Intense ruby in the glass, the Terre Arse has a gorgeous sun-drenched nose with dried apricots, rum-soaked raisins, chocolate and candied peel. In the mouth it is almost dry, with a luscious fruity body and great length. NB: drier than Targa Riserva.

Apricots, white peach, lemon, rose and beeswax. A wine with unreal depth and rich, concentrated fruits on the palate. Brilliantly balanced by the zesty acidity with such power and fullness. Decadence in a bottle.

The intense bouquet offers ripe guava, apricots and orange peel with hints of vanilla and spice in the background. The palate is a sweet and opulent offering tropical fruts; pineapple, passionfruit and green mango. Zesty lemon/lime sherbetcharacters combine with the exotic fruits which persist through to a crisp, clean finish.

This fortified sweet wine - vin doux naturel - is shimmering golden in the glass with an intense, complex nose of grapes, pear, rose petals and citrus. On the palate it is sweet, rich, powerful with a balancing zesty acidity on the long finish.

Stunningly rich and complex, packed with apricot, honey and pear flavours with tobacco and cedar notes, it is smooth, subtle and velvety.

The colour is of shining amber with topaz reflections; the nose typically pronounced with marked hints of dates, vanilla and prunes. This is a full-bodied medium-sweet wine, smooth and warm with an elegant undertone of raisin. NB: sweeter than Terre Arse.

Peller Riesling has a delicate straw yellow colour with an intriguing aroma of lemon drops, quince, Bartlett pear and golden raspberries, with a touch of floral honey. On the palate this Icewine displays a luscious yet elegant mouth-feel with fruit flavours of lemon, melon, papaya, mango and orange. It has a refreshing acidity and a long length.

The colour is a beautiful green/gold, with depth. The aromas are reminiscent of honey and crystallized apricots. The botrytis has a big effect, with hints of the floral, jasmine aspects of Viognier showing. It is very luscious and concentrated, with strong flavours of dried fruits, especially apricots. The finish is very long and despite the sweetness, finishes dry with no cloying sugar as sometimes happens with this style of wine

Intense, deep, gold colour. Fabulous ripe exotic fruit aromas (guava). On the palate it is luscious, sweet with a great underlying richness leaving a clean finish with intense ripe fruit flavours.
