The gentle acidity and good fruit flavours, particularly grapefruit, help to provide a sustained length and finish.

Made 100% from Bacchus grapes grown at the vineyard, this is a highly aromatic, slightly off dry wine with classic Bacchus elderflower notes.

  10. 2010 Pandora Medium Dry, Shawsgate

This light spritzy wine is full of ripe fruit whose complexities are subtly disguised by an elegant palate of light melon, orange, pineapple and grapefruit. The palate has a good strength of tropical fruit flavours beneath a soft rounded acidity, with lingering grapefruit to give length.
