    redwine

2013 Douro Red, Quinta Do Crasto

    (12x37.5cl)

Deep, opaque red in colour with aromas of intense berry fruit with subtle oak complexity. On the palate it is rich, full and concentrated, showing great depth of fruit with well-integrated American oak, good tannic structure and a firm, dry finish.

  2. 2010 Morellino di Scansano Bronzone, Marchese Mazzei

Brick red in colour with purplish depths, the nose is enticingly forward with aromas of cherries and raspberries and hints of plums and vanilla. Medium bodied, fruit driven and rounded with crunchy black cherry flavours and a balancing structure. The finish is clean and textured.

  3. 2011 Chateau Grand Renom, Bordeaux Superieur

Aromas of redcurrants, toast and vanilla, followed up with fresh, medium-weight palate and food-friendly tannins. Modern clean style.

  4. 2013 The Witches Berry Chardonnay, d'Arenberg

This is a lively, balanced wine that will drink well in its youth. Peaches and cream, lemon zest and green apple are apparent on the nose with a freshness that is expected of young Chardonnay.
The restrained use of oak allows stone fruit and nutty characters to shine through on the palate, which is aided by the small portions of Viognier and Marsanne that have been blended into this wine.

  5. 2013 Côtes du Ventoux Les Boudalles, Brusset

This wine not only looks like raspberries in the glass, but it shows them on the nose as well. On the palate it is supple, elegant and harmonious, and the aromatics give it a lift which can be very moreish!

  6. 2006 Gran Reserva, Cop de Ma

    (6x75cl)

Sun-dried wild cherries and strawberries combine with hints of smoky vanilla, liquorice and caramel with super soft tannins and a beautifully long finish.

  7. NV Brut, Laurent Perrier
    champagne

    NV Brut, Laurent Perrier

    (12x37.5cl)

Freshness, elegance and balance, the defining qualities of the range, are showcased in the Brut L-P year after year.
Due to a high proportion of Chardonnay in the blend this has a lovely lightness of touch.

  8. 2013 Salice Salentino Rosato, Le Pozzelle, Francesco Candido

Bright and coral in colour, rich on the nose, opulent, floral with fine fruit. On the palate it is dry, harmonious, rich and elegant with a pleasantly dry aftertaste.

  9. 2013 Pecorino Golden Fleece, Umani Ronchi

With an expressive nose of peach, mango and candied rose petals, the wine has a long, full mineral-rich mouth.

  10. 2012 Pinot Bianco Classici DOC, Colterenzio

Displays a fresh aroma and flavour reminiscent of green apples with a fruity palate and a touch of honeyed complexity alongside crisp acidity and a refreshing, clean finish.
