  1. 2013 Sauvignon Rueda, Marqués de Riscal

Pale yellow in colour with hints of green. Very complex nose with abundant fruit (lime, grapefruit, passion fruit and melon), green grass and an underlying minerality that adds personality. Crisp palate, medium-bodied with a clean, long lingering finish.

  2. 2013 Mâcon-Villages, Cave de l'Aurore

Pale gold in colour with a subtle nose of tropical fruit and refined oak. The palate is well balanced with ripe fruit and fresh well balanced acidity. The finish is long and concentrated with hints of apples and a touch of creaminess.

  3. 2011 Huellas DOQ Priorat, Massard

Extremely complex with nuances of mature fruit, minerality, herbaceous spice, with fine tannins and an elegant, long, lively finish.

  4. 2006 Barolo DOCG, Vigna La Rosa, Fontanafredda

The Vigna La Rosa Barolo is harmonious, well-rounded and elegant in taste; its very fine and delicate bouquet is reminiscent of faded roses and, with the ageing process, tends to acquire a pronounced earthy style but with a velvety sort of taste.

  5. 2013 Limousin Reserva, Marqués de Riscal

Light gold colour. Complex and elegant nose with hints of vanilla, honeysuckle and wild fennel. Dense, mouth filling palate, with hints of nuts as well as of toasted wood and an underlying reminiscence
    of fine lees.

  6. 2013 Côtes du Rhône, Domaine Brusset

Ruby red in colour with enticing aromas of red berry fruits. The palate is round, with subtle flavours of raspberries and other red fruits. The wine is well balanced and the tannins smooth and approachable.

  7. 2007 Gewurztraminer Cuvée des Seigneurs de Ribeaupierre, Trimbach

Redolent of roses, lychees and spices, this immensely rich Gewurztraminer is so unctuous and viscous when young that it can seem slightly sweet even though it is fermented almost dry. This massive body is balanced by an almost chalky fresh minerality and extract with a result that the wine boasts the elegance and finesse which are the Trimbach trademark.

  8. NV Grande Cuvée, Krug
    champagne

    NV Grande Cuvée, Krug

    (6x75cl)

Undoubtedly the King of Champagne Krug consistently produces the finest wines that Champagne have to offer. Rich and complex with a characteristic toasty quality on the nose, this champagne has the most delicate and fine bubbles imaginable. On the palate the complexity continues with a nuttiness combining with a fresh lemony acidity. An outstanding wine suitable for any occasion.

  9. 2012 The Broken Fishplate Sauvignon Blanc, Hillbillies, d'Arenberg

Classic Adelaide Hills Sauvignon Blanc! The nose is intensely perfumed, with lychee, gooseberry, grassy and rosehip notes all contributing.
The flavour profile is similar with an abundance of tropical fruits, lychees and passionfruit, swirling through the palate, highlighted by pretty white flowers and grassy edges.
The wine is fine and long, thanks to the vibrant natural acidity, and finishes full of minerals.

  10. 2013 Côtes du Rhône Blanc, Domaine de la Janasse

Bone dry with real power. Aromas of peach and apricot, excellent concentration on the palate with vibrant acidity, a full mouthfeel and refreshing acidity on the finish.
