Bright golden yellow with amber and topaz reflections, the nose offers concentrated aromas of apricots, elder blossom and toasted hazelnuts. Full bodied, smooth and velvety with ripe primary fruit flavours of acacia honey, citron peel and sage with a rounded finish reminiscent of honeyed, dried fruit and vanilla.

Peller Riesling has a delicate straw yellow colour with an intriguing aroma of lemon drops, quince, Bartlett pear and golden raspberries, with a touch of floral honey. On the palate this Icewine displays a luscious yet elegant mouth-feel with fruit flavours of lemon, melon, papaya, mango and orange. It has a refreshing acidity and a long length.

Trockenbeerenauslese directly translated means "dry-berry-selection". The resultant wine is rich and concentrated with complex tones that treat the nose and palate to hints of nutmeg, clove, honey, apricot and citrus.
