    Complex red and black fruit characteristics, ripe oak and well integrated, fine grained tannin are the hallmarks of this full bodied but elegant wine.

    Very deep crimson in colour. The nose is concentrated and complex, with sweet lifted ripe aromas of spicy blackberries, blueberries and prunes, with hints of chocolate, anise and tar. The palate is sweet, ripe and lush, concentrated and complex, with intense blackberry fruits, plum, anise, cedar and tar. The texture is fleshy with silky layered tannins, excellent balance and great length.

    Shiraz has found its natural home in the sun kissed Australian vineyard, where it produces a ripe, fruit forward style loved for its immediate approachability. Our Reserve Shiraz is no exception, with a rich nose redolent with red and black berry aromas and a smooth, textured palate dripping with juicy dark fruits, hints of chocolate and lively spices.

    The bouquet of this lively wine offers an array of spicy berry fruits with a touch of watermelon and fairy floss, adding confectionary tones. The palate is medium bodied with splashes of zesty cranberry and raspberry fruits combined with hints of ruby grapefruit and lemon sorbet. These lively berry fruits and crisp acidity lead to a refreshing, and lip-smacking dry finish.

    Wisps of cloves, nutmeg and five spice add definition to the layers of dark stone fruits and espresso. The palate has density yet also displays savoury,textural components and fine-grained ripe tannins.

    Enticing liquorice and fragrant herb notes on the nose, revealing hints of dark stone fruits and cassis with layers of roasted coffee beans. The key characteristic on the palate is the textural tannins that provide support for the supple yet restrained palate - finishing with freshness, purity and length.

    The 2009 Directors' Cut Shiraz is a deep ruby in colour, with splashes of violet. The nose displays beautifully articulated dark fruits, cherries and cassis with hints of spice box and anise. Seductively rich on the palate, flavours of dark chocolate and plums integrate with supple, focused tannin and and impressive length.

    Aromas of sweet, lifted, spicy blueberries, plums, blackberries, anise and mace, with stone-fruit and floral hints. Showing soft, rich and bright spicy peppery fruit on the palate. The texture is juicy and lush with layers of velvety tannins and great length.
