  1. 2011 Harmonie Cornas, Domaine Guy Farge

Dark ruby with very densely furled aromas of blueberry, violets, a hint of bacon and wet gravel. Cornas power and complexity on the palate with extremely well-knit elegance for one so young (as Guy says "it's not an old war horse"). Layers of very fine tannins show pedigree, but also extreme drinkability. Long

  2. NV Brut, Bodegas Santa Ana

    NV Brut, Bodegas Santa Ana

    (6x75cl)

Santa Ana Brut has an intense green-yellow colour. This refreshing sparkling wine has very fruity aromas such as apple and pineapple and a delicate 'sweet bread' aroma from the yeast. On the palate this wine has a delicate body with fresh stone fruit flavours and a long length.

  3. 2013 Chianti Foriero, Cecchi

    2013 Chianti Foriero, Cecchi

    (6x75cl)

Chianti Cecchi is characterised by a red ruby colour, which tends towards garnet red when aged. On the nose it is intensely aromatic with notes of violets. On the palate it is well balanced with the classic signature of Chianti which make it such a good match with food.

  4. 2012 Malbec Reserva, Vina Falernia

Rose petal, violet, white pepper aromas. Bright palate with succulentblackberries and spiced game finish. Lush and very pure.

  5. 2011 Bourgogne Pinot Noir, Domaine Régis Rossignol Changarnier

Beautifully bright, light, ruby Pinot colour. Wild strawberries on the nose with amazing purity, 12.5% alcohol, and lightness of touch which really speak of a cool climate. Looking for Burgundian elegance? – this is it. However, this wine is no shrinking violet and has fine tannins and high acidity. Some will find this austere on its own, but it really refreshes the palate if drunk with food.

  6. 2012 Ladies who shoot their Lunch Wild Ferment Chardonnay, Fowles Wine

Pale straw in colour. Mineral notes acquiesce to intense aromas of melon, peach and subtle vanilla. The palate is complex and full bodied with balanced oak notes, a wonderfully creamy texture and great length of flavour.

  7. 2012 Pinot Noir Reserva, DeGras

Cherry red in colour with fresh and intense aromas of cherry on the nose with a touch of rose petals. A medium bodied wine with fresh red fruit and a refreshing acidity and richness.

  8. 2012 Rose, Welmoed

    2012 Rose, Welmoed

    (6x75cl)

An instant love, packed with fresh strawberries and a lingering freshness that would cool down the hottest day in summer.

  9. NV Cava Reserva Castillo de Montblanc, Bodegas Concavins

Lively and balanced in the mouth. Full pleasant, crisp, with a well-balanced finish. Delicious!

  10. 2012 Chablis 1er Cru, Montée de Tonnerre, Domaine Louis Michel

Classicaly austere nose of white stone fruit, chalk and minerals. The palate is crisp, dry and medium bodied, with steely acidity and a well defined, elegant palate. The citrus, green apple and pear fruit flavours last well into the deliciously refreshing, lengthy finish.
