  1. NV Trebbiano Poggio della Quercia IGT Rubicone, Contri

Dry, white wine with fruity and upfront bouquet, with a nice citrus fresh finish.

  2. 2009 Meursault 1er Cru Les Charmes, Domaine François Mikulski

An outstanding Meursault with a deep straw colour, an amazingly complex nose of gun smoke and flint and toasted nuts. The palate is wonderfully rich and complex with elements of cream toasted nuts and more flint and smoke. The finish is wonderfully, long complex and impressive.

  3. 2011 Condrieu La Petite Côte, Domaine Cuilleron

Pineapple and hay aromas with some by floral and herbaceous nuances. Juicy, light and fresh; a wine of modest size and depth, but one with good mineral spine and liveliness.

  4. 2011 Pouilly Fuissé Clos sur la Roche, Domaine Saumaize Michelin

Fragrant minerals, white fruit and floral aromas are abundant on the nose. It is powerfull and concentrated on the palate with plenty of peach, apple and ripe pear fruits coating its multi faceted mineral edge. The finish stays full and stony, with a citrus finish.

  5. 2012 Le Pas Du Moine Rosé, Gassier

Pale pink colour. Beguiling and elegant fruit, dry, super-smooth and balanced body. Very moreish.

  6. 2009 Chardonnay Formigar Cornell DOC, Colterenzio

Pale yellow with greenish reflexes; nutty on the nose with a hint of exotic fruits such as mango and honeydew melon overlaying a discreet aroma of oak; full and broad on the palate, the richness cut by firm acidity.

  7. NV Saumur Brut, Domaine de Brizé

A really superb sparkling Loire, dry but not aggressive, produced from Chenin Blanc in the small village of Martigne-Briand, close to the town of Saumur. The wine has a beautifully fragrant English late summer fruits bouquet (apples and pears) and is clean, fresh and lively on the palate, a great alternative to Champagne.

  8. 2011 Black Label Gewurztraminer, Yealands

A bright lemon/gold colour with an aromatic nose with notes of lychee and ginger. It is slightly drier in style than the 2009 vintage, yet elegant with a more refined phenolic structure and fresh acidity on the finish. The lychee and ginger flavours also dominate the palate.

  9. 2012 Chardonnay, De Gras
    whitewine

    2012 Chardonnay, De Gras

    (6x75cl)

Crisp clean tropical fruit flavours of melon and pineapple on the nose and palate, with underlying vanilla wood tones. Medium-full bodied style, with a long lingering length. Ends crisp and refreshing.

  10. 2011 The FMC, Chenin, Ken Forrester Wines

The pinnacle of what we consider to be the finest expression of the grapes of this varietal an icon chenin, a challenge to the world! Rich, layered with dried apricot, vanilla and honey. Will gain additional complexity with cellaring.
