Ruby red in the glass with a bouquet of red berries, roses and minerality. Elegant and well-balanced on the palate, it is fruity and fresh, with light tannins and good length.

The Vieilles Vignes is made from equal quantities of Cabernet and Tannat and aged in new oak barrels. A more approachable wine than the Cuvee du Couvent, and an excellent partner to roasted meats.

Intense ruby, red in colour. Fruity with deep hints of wild berries and jam. This wine is dry, structured with a soft, warm finish.

A delicious mouthful of Pinot Noir. Ripe, rich, smoky black cherry, game, leather spice and mocha notes are evident in its detailed intricate personality. Long, smooth, persistent finish.

Candied fruit and spice on the nose, fine sweet tannins, generous body with currants and prunes with a fine, smooth finish and no oak.

Deliciously fruity with notes of blueberries, cherries and rapsberries. Robust with a persitent finish.

Deep ruby red in colour tending to brown around the edges. Displays a rich, fruity bouquet with overtones of nutmeg. The palate is smooth, austere, full and dry with a touch of sweetness in the nutty, caramel finish.

Luxurious and incredibly complex on the nose, demanding many minutes of contemplation before tasting... and what a palate when you do! Beautifuly balanced with style, finesse and length, the mid palate is a riot of red fruit flavours, spicy oak and well integrated, fine grained tannin lasting well into its deliciously rounded, multilayered finish. Superb.

Deep, dark Cabernet Sauvignon with black cherry and rich cassis flavours. Sumptuous and luscious flavours of ripe berries on the palate.
