The bouquet is intense, ample and elegant with a hint of honey and wild flowers. Dry and smooth on the palate with good balance and an exceptionally long finish.

Made from Chenin Blanc in a typically dry style with hints of pear and quince on the nose. Ripe and juicy on the palate with a strong chalky minerality, lots of fruits layers and balanced by a benchmark freshness.

The palate is medium to full bodied and rounded, packed with luscious tropical fruit flavours, a delicious mineral streak and well integrated, nutty oak which lends a creamy texture in the mouth. Finishes soft and succulent.
