Light straw yellow, with a delicate lemony nose. In the mouth it is clean and well-balanced with hints of lemons, peaches and honey.

  3. 2013 FUN Sauvignon Bianco IGT Venezia Giulia

Inspired by the great Sancerre wines, this Sauvignon Blanc shows elegant and fragrant aromas of apples, apricots, white peaches and sage. It has elegance and vibrant freshness.

  4. 2014 Coralinga Sauvignon Blanc, Henschke

Pale green-gold in colour. The vibrant nose shows lifted lemon blossom, gooseberry, melon and grassy aromas. The palate is delicate yet rich with layers of flavours, good balance, and finishing crisp and long.

  7. 2009 Meursault, Domaine Jean-Michel Gaunoux

Well developed with ripe, tropical fruit on the nose and an enticing note of honey leading to an intense and concentrated palate with well balanced acidity and a crisp, clean, lengthy finish.

  8. 2011 Puligny Montrachet 1er Cru Les Perrières, Jean Louis Chavy

Straw colour, with medium-strong nose of butter, minerals and toasty vanilla-wood aromas.Mouthfilling and complex, refreshing acidity. Full bodied, lovely use of oak and crisp acidity, this is a particularly well balanced wine. Good length, pleasant finish.

  9. 2011 Condrieu Vertige, Domaine Yves Cuilleron

The Vertige is sourced from Yves' oldest and highest vines. Tropical and citric fruits flavour persist, balanced by 18 months in oak.

  10. 2012 Chablis 1er Cru Les Vaillons, Domaine Bernard Defaix

There is a deft touch of wood surrounding the white orchard fruit and honeysuckle aromas that have glimpses of oyster shell poking through. The rich, forward and relatively generous flavours possess a seductive mouth feel and excellent complexity on the dry for the vintage finish. This should age well for the medium term.
