  1. 2011 Chorey-les-Beaune Blanc, Domaine Maillard Père et Fils

This wine displays classic aromas of toast and grilled nuts on the nose. On the palate the wine is minerally, with lovely buttery overtones. Classic white Burgundy.

  2. 2011 Chablis 1er Cru Forets, Domaine Louis Michel

Very mineral nose reminiscent of rain on stones on a hot day. Deliciously lemony fresh acidity, with real Chablis mineral typicity without any hint of austerity. Long.

  3. 2010 Puligny Montrachet 1er Cru Les Folatières, Domaine Alain Chavy

Fresh, floral, lemony white burgundy with lots of new oak on the finish.

  4. 2012 Chassagne Mont Blanc 1er Cru Clos de Monopole, Ch. de la Maltroye

Representative of the 1er Crus of Chassagne, showing aromas of white flowers and fruit and powerful concentration of citrus and exotic fruit and a mineral finish.

  5. 2011 Chablis Grand Cru Les Clos, Domaine Louis Michel

Serve between 12 and 14°c and preferably aerate the wine in a decanter before drinking. White pepper and nutmeg complete the predominantly mineral character. This wine may appear austere and virile but is expressive in the mouth and designed to age for many years.

  6. 2012 Mercurey Blanc, Domaine Michel Juillot

Piercingly fresh nose with lemongrass. Dry, mineral palate with balanced oak spice and a linear profile.

  7. 2012 Chablis, Domaine de Vauroux

    2012 Chablis, Domaine de Vauroux

    (12x37.5cl)

Aromatic with clean mineral notes and hints of citrus. The palate is medium bodied with crisp, appley acidity, tight, pure fruit flavours of white peach and pears finished with a classic, steely, dry finish. Stylish.

  8. 2013 Petit Chablis, Olivier Tricon

A bright, elegant Petit Chablis with traditional crisp minerality and refreshing citrus-like acidity. Beautifully balanced.

  9. 2011 Puligny Montrachet 1er Cru Les Perrières, Jean Louis Chavy

Straw colour, with medium-strong nose of butter, minerals and toasty vanilla-wood aromas.Mouthfilling and complex, refreshing acidity. Full bodied, lovely use of oak and crisp acidity, this is a particularly well balanced wine. Good length, pleasant finish.

  10. 2011 Chablis Grand Cru Vaudésir, Domaine Louis Michel

Clear straw colour, with fresh apple and mineral aroma notes, full and rich. Crisp and ripe on the palate, fresh-fruit flavors follow the nose, clean and very long. An impressive wine.
