  1. 2009 Meursault 1er Cru Les Cras, Maison Henri Boillot

Aromas of white spices, vanilla, minerals, citrus and understated ripe tropical fruits are abundant on the nose. Stylish winemaking shows through with judicious use of oak to balance and add complexity on the clean, lifted palate which echos the nose with pineapple, melon, peach and pineapple fruits, creamy vanilla and slightly spicey characters. The finish is delightful, fresh and lively, persistant and ending with a soft, creamy lick.

  2. 2009 Chablis 1er Cru Montée de Tonnerre, Domaine de Vauroux

Brillant wine, mineral and frank in taste. Although its nose is a little closed-in, the wine has an important richness and enough of complexity. Due to its acidity, it has very good aptitudes for ageing. Its suppleness and freshness go along with a powerful bouquet of citrus fruits.

  3. 2012 Macon Fuissé, Domaine Paquet

White Burgundy with a ripe green apple note on the nose, baked apple flavours and a hint of spice.

  4. 2009 Meursault 1er Cru Les Genevrières, Domaine François Mikulski

Concentrated, ripe and intriguingly complex on the nose. It releases a cocktail of tropical fruits among its toasted hazelnut and fresh bready aromas. It's full bodied too, filling the mouth with bags of melon and pineapple fruit with hints of bananas all underpinned with a stylish grapefruity acidity and a sumptuously silky finish.

  5. 2011 Chablis, Domaine Louis Michel

Serve between 12 and 14°c. The wine should be aired or carafed before tasting.
It will reveal notes of white fruit such as peach, with a mineral structure. In the mouth, a stony sensation complements this pure, rounded wine.

  6. 2010 Rully 1er Cru Rabourcé, Domaine Jaeger-Defaix

A real success for this fine wine, with some pine, lemon and soft aromas showing through. The palate keeps on and on and evolves with a great depth.

  7. 2004 Meursault 1er Cru Les Perrières, Domaine Jean-Michel Gaunoux

Generous toasted almond nose with overtones of honey. Full bodied and very complex in the mid palate with a silky, glycerol texture intertwined with ripe fruit and buttery oak and a clean, mineral finish.

  8. 2011 Saint Véran, Domaine Paquet

A wine with a golden-green robe, rounded and fruity on the palate. Demonstrates excellent floral notes of acacia, with hints of vegetable, aniseed and liquorice.

  9. 2011 Puligny Montrachet, Domaine Jean Louis Chavy

An elegant yet full bodied style with citrus and honey aromas, which are echoed on the palate and complemented by a touch of toasty oak, underpinned by fresh acidity.

  10. 2010 Chassagne Montrachet Blanc, Domaine Jean Pillot

The nose is dominated with white fruits like pears and apples and has a floral overtone. The palate is intense with its apple and mineral acidity, peaches and toasty layers that last into the finish and lend a creamy softness at the end.
