  1. 2011 Meursault 1er Cru Les Genevrières, Domaine François Mikulski

Concentrated, ripe and intriguingly complex on the nose. It releases a cocktail of tropical fruits among its toasted hazelnut and fresh bready aromas. It's full bodied too, filling the mouth with bags of melon and pineapple fruit with hints of bananas all underpinned with a stylish grapefruity acidity and a sumptuously silky finish.

  2. 2011 Meursault Santenots 1er Cru, Domaine Jacques Prieur

Brilliant greenish-gold with a focused, expressive and very complex nose showing acacia blossom, ferns, mint, fennel and brioche. The palate is a brilliant illustration of Meursault roundness, but with tension and energy conferred by beautiful minerality and a touch of salinity on the finish. Very fine, and very very drinkable.

  3. 2013 Chablis, Domaine Louis Michel

Serve between 12 and 14°c. The wine should be aired or carafed before tasting.
It will reveal notes of white fruit such as peach, with a mineral structure. In the mouth, a stony sensation complements this pure, rounded wine.

  4. 2012 Pouilly Fuissé Ampélopsis, Domaine Saumaize Michelin

Big, perfumed, spicey nose with plenty of pineapples and grapefruits. Just as generous on the palate with a multi layered complexity of tropical, white and stoned fruit, toasty vanilla and palate cleansing citrus rind acidity. Delicious.

  5. 2011 Chablis 1er Cru Forets, Domaine Louis Michel

Very mineral nose reminiscent of rain on stones on a hot day. Deliciously lemony fresh acidity, with real Chablis mineral typicity without any hint of austerity. Long.

  6. 2011 Mercurey 1er Cru Les Champs Martins, Domaine Michel Juillot

Spicy, lemony and refreshing with saline minerality. Dry, medium-bodied and very long.

  7. 2013 Macon Fuissé, Domaine Paquet

White Burgundy with a ripe green apple note on the nose, baked apple flavours and a hint of spice.

  8. 2013 Chablis 1er Cru Les Lys, Defaix

This premier cru is characterized by its aromatic richness, and its fineness on the mouth. Fruity and rich.

  9. 2011 Pouilly-Fuissé, Les Crays Vieilles Vignes, Manciat-Poncet

Smoky, toasty and pineappley on the nose, shows a palate pleasing breadth of minerals, grapefruit and red apples, some toasty, nutty highlights and a soft, juicy finish.

  10. 2012 Pouilly Fuissé Clos sur la Roche, Domaine Saumaize Michelin

Fragrant minerals, white fruit and floral aromas are abundant on the nose. It is powerfull and concentrated on the palate with plenty of peach, apple and ripe pear fruits coating its multi faceted mineral edge. The finish stays full and stony, with a citrus finish.
