  1. 2010 Puligny Montrachet 1er Cru Les Folatières, Domaine Alain Chavy

Fresh, floral, lemony white burgundy with lots of new oak on the finish.

  2. 2011 Meursault, Domaine Jean-Michel Gaunoux

Well developed with ripe, tropical fruit on the nose and an enticing note of honey leading to an intense and concentrated palate with well balanced acidity and a crisp, clean, lengthy finish.

  3. 2011 St Aubin Blanc 1er Cru En Rémilly, Domaine Gilles Bouton

Layers of ripe peach and apple aromas. Chunky fruit on the mid palate leads to crisp lemony acidity on the finish.

  4. 2011 Chablis Grand Cru Les Clos, Domaine Louis Michel

Serve between 12 and 14°c and preferably aerate the wine in a decanter before drinking. White pepper and nutmeg complete the predominantly mineral character. This wine may appear austere and virile but is expressive in the mouth and designed to age for many years.

  5. 2012 Pouilly Fuissé, Domaine Saumaize-Michelin

Succulent, ripe nose of creamy vanilla and pineapples. Rounded and generous palate, offering ripe grapefruits and lemon rind. A judicious use of oak brings depth, texture and nutty characters and helps with the soft finish.

  6. 2013 Hautes-Cotes de Beaune Blanc, Domaine Henri Delagrange

White flowers. Fresh and bright aromas complemented by some roundness on the palate, without too much oak or richness.

  7. 2011 Chorey-les-Beaune Blanc, Domaine Maillard Père et Fils

This wine displays classic aromas of toast and grilled nuts on the nose. On the palate the wine is minerally, with lovely buttery overtones. Classic white Burgundy.

  8. 2011 Chablis 1er Cru Montmain, Domaine Louis Michel

Bright white gold in colour with a pronounced, vibrant nose showing citrus and floral aromas with hints of brioche. The palate is full of mineral flavours alongside zippy citrus and green apple characteristics. The finish is elegant and very fine.

  9. 2011 Chassagne-Montrachet, Joseph Drouhin

A generous wine of texture and finesse. Gingerbread.

  10. 2012 Chass Mont 1er Cru Morgeot Vigne Blanche, Ch. de la Maltroye

Aromas of lemon, lime and ginger are complemented by spice and mineral notes.
