  1. 2013 Chablis 1er Cru Montmain, Domaine Pico-Race

Excellent Chardonnay bouquet showing subtlety and breed together with a firm underlying richness. The wine is well balanced and has an intricate combination of fruit and acidity. This is classic Chablis of an unusually high quality.

  2. 2004 Meursault 1er Cru Les Perrières, Domaine Jean-Michel Gaunoux

Generous toasted almond nose with overtones of honey. Full bodied and very complex in the mid palate with a silky, glycerol texture intertwined with ripe fruit and buttery oak and a clean, mineral finish.

  3. 2010 Rully 1er Cru Rabourcé, Domaine Jaeger-Defaix

A real success for this fine wine, with some pine, lemon and soft aromas showing through. The palate keeps on and on and evolves with a great depth.

  4. 2011 Pouilly-Fuissé, Les Crays Vieilles Vignes, Manciat-Poncet

Smoky, toasty and pineappley on the nose, shows a palate pleasing breadth of minerals, grapefruit and red apples, some toasty, nutty highlights and a soft, juicy finish.

  5. 2012 Rully Blanc Cuvée St Jacques, Albert Sounit

Has an upfront nose reminiscent of grapefruits with some hints of floral and mineral elements. The palate is medium bodied and dry, expressing its terroir well as it offers sub tropical and citrus fruits bound up with a green appley, mineral acidity. The finish is clean, lively and stylish.

  6. 2012 Hautes-Cotes de Beaune Blanc, Domaine Henri Delagrange

White flowers. Fresh and bright aromas complemented by some roundness on the palate, without too much oak or richness.

  7. 2012 Chass Mont Blanc 1er Cru Clos de Monopole, Ch. de la Maltroye

Representative of the 1er Crus of Chassagne, showing aromas of white flowers and fruit and powerful concentration of citrus and exotic fruit and a mineral finish.

  8. 2011 Bourgogne Chardonnay, Domaine Bernard Moreau

Fresh, creamy texture with flavours of pear and hints of oak and caramel.

  9. 2011 Corton Blanc Grand Cru, Domaine Maillard Père et Fils

Upfront vanilla, creamy butter, nougat, macadamia and toasted almonds are intertwined with opulent tropical fruits and spices on the nose. The palate is packed with racy minerals, peaches, apples and tropical fruits, nutty, fresh baked bread and buttery oak influenced structure. Balancing, rounded acidity draws out the finish into a persistant length that makes for an addictive combination.

  10. 2010 Chablis 1er Cru Montée de Tonnerre, Domaine de Vauroux

Brillant wine, mineral and frank in taste. Although its nose is a little closed-in, the wine has an important richness and enough of complexity. Due to its acidity, it has very good aptitudes for ageing. Its suppleness and freshness go along with a powerful bouquet of citrus fruits.
