  1. 2013 Petit Chablis, Olivier Tricon

A bright, elegant Petit Chablis with traditional crisp minerality and refreshing citrus-like acidity. Beautifully balanced.

  2. 2011 Chassagne Montrachet Blanc, Domaine Bernard Moreau

Medium lemon yellow in the glass. Fruity nose showing grapefruit, pear, and well-judged oak. On the palate, the finesse and balance of the wine comes through with enlivening acidity and a complex seam of minerality. Old World subtlety and depth at its best.

  3. 2011 Meursault Clos de Mazeray, Domaine Jacques Prieur

Pale lemon yellow with a beguiling nose like walking into a patisserie whilst sniffing a peony. Unbelievable concentration on the palate - premier cru + quality. Textured, with absolutely perfect oaking adding vanilla, texture and weight without dominating. Marzipan and crunchy lemon flavours with beautifully balanced acidity. A powerful wine, with a very characteristic Meursault roundness, but in no way heavy. Finish is lifted and long, with great finesse.

    2013 Chablis, Olivier Tricon

    (6x75cl)

This is benchmark Chablis, with crisp, citrus overtones and a mineral finish. Bottled with screwcap to retain maximum freshness.

  5. 2012 St Aubin Blanc 1er Cru En Rémilly, Domaine Gilles Bouton

Layers of ripe peach and apple aromas. Chunky fruit on the mid palate leads to crisp lemony acidity on the finish.

  6. 2011 Puligny Montrachet 1er Cru Les Perrières, Jean Louis Chavy

Straw colour, with medium-strong nose of butter, minerals and toasty vanilla-wood aromas.Mouthfilling and complex, refreshing acidity. Full bodied, lovely use of oak and crisp acidity, this is a particularly well balanced wine. Good length, pleasant finish.

  7. 2012 Chablis 1er Cru Les Vaillons, Domaine Bernard Defaix

There is a deft touch of wood surrounding the white orchard fruit and honeysuckle aromas that have glimpses of oyster shell poking through. The rich, forward and relatively generous flavours possess a seductive mouth feel and excellent complexity on the dry for the vintage finish. This should age well for the medium term.

  8. 2010 Chablis 1er Cru Montée de Tonnerre, Domaine de Vauroux

Brillant wine, mineral and frank in taste. Although its nose is a little closed-in, the wine has an important richness and enough of complexity. Due to its acidity, it has very good aptitudes for ageing. Its suppleness and freshness go along with a powerful bouquet of citrus fruits.

  9. 2012 Chablis 1er Cru, Montée de Tonnerre, Domaine Louis Michel

Classicaly austere nose of white stone fruit, chalk and minerals. The palate is crisp, dry and medium bodied, with steely acidity and a well defined, elegant palate. The citrus, green apple and pear fruit flavours last well into the deliciously refreshing, lengthy finish.

  10. 2009 Meursault, Domaine Jean-Michel Gaunoux

Well developed with ripe, tropical fruit on the nose and an enticing note of honey leading to an intense and concentrated palate with well balanced acidity and a crisp, clean, lengthy finish.
