  1. 2011 Puligny Montrachet 1er Cru Les Perrières, Jean Louis Chavy

Straw colour, with medium-strong nose of butter, minerals and toasty vanilla-wood aromas.Mouthfilling and complex, refreshing acidity. Full bodied, lovely use of oak and crisp acidity, this is a particularly well balanced wine. Good length, pleasant finish.

  2. 2012 Laforêt Bourgogne Chardonnay, Joseph Drouhin

Beautiful citrus aromas, followed by honey and vanilla on the palate. The fruit and hint of oak of a Macon, but the freshness and line of a Chablis. Juicy and moreish.

  3. 2012 Chassagne Montrachet, Chateau de la Maltroye

Typical Chassagne finesse and freshness, showing flavours of apricots and peaches with hints of white flowers and a mineral finish.

  4. 2012 St Aubin Blanc 1er Cru En Rémilly, Domaine Gilles Bouton

Layers of ripe peach and apple aromas. Chunky fruit on the mid palate leads to crisp lemony acidity on the finish.

  5. 2007 Chablis, Vieilles Vignes Domaine de Vauroux

Selected from the domain's oldest vines this Chablis is deep lemon yellow with a wonderfully developed nose of stewed apples and cream. The wine also has a creamy texture on the palate which is underscored by a typical minerally acidity, and a long clean finish.

  6. 2010 Chablis 1er Cru Montée de Tonnerre, Domaine de Vauroux

Brillant wine, mineral and frank in taste. Although its nose is a little closed-in, the wine has an important richness and enough of complexity. Due to its acidity, it has very good aptitudes for ageing. Its suppleness and freshness go along with a powerful bouquet of citrus fruits.

  7. 2012 Montagny 1er Cru Les Coères, Domaine Bernollin

Brilliant gold with a hint of green. At first it shows crisp mineral notes on the nose, but after aeration it gains complexity and exotic fruit characteristics. A powerful, elegant and rich wine with bagfuls of character. Over the years it will open up to reveal honeyed, buttery and smoky notes.

  8. 2011 Chablis Grand Cru Bougros, Domaine Bernard Defaix

Very pleasant with flavours of flowers, honeysuckle in particular, and mineral notes, it is also full in the mouth with good length.

  9. 2013 Mâcon-Villages, Cave de l'Aurore

Pale gold in colour with a subtle nose of tropical fruit and refined oak. The palate is well balanced with ripe fruit and fresh well balanced acidity. The finish is long and concentrated with hints of apples and a touch of creaminess.

  10. 2011 Beaune Clos des Mouches 1er Cru Blanc, Joseph Drouhin

Floral, fruity, grilled almonds, incredible complexity and power, but with elegance.
