  1. 2012 Mâcon Charnay Les Chênes, Domaine Manciat-Poncet

Fresh, youthfully ripe aromas of apples and some bready character, the palate is soft and succulent showing grapefruit and mineral flavours with a clean, refreshing finish.

  2. 2012 Chablis Grand Cru Les Clos, Domaine Louis Michel

Serve between 12 and 14°c and preferably aerate the wine in a decanter before drinking. White pepper and nutmeg complete the predominantly mineral character. This wine may appear austere and virile but is expressive in the mouth and designed to age for many years.

  3. 2013 Montagny 1er Cru Les Coères, Domaine Bernollin

Brilliant gold with a hint of green. At first it shows crisp mineral notes on the nose, but after aeration it gains complexity and exotic fruit characteristics. A powerful, elegant and rich wine with bagfuls of character. Over the years it will open up to reveal honeyed, buttery and smoky notes.

  4. 2007 Chablis, Vieilles Vignes Domaine de Vauroux

Selected from the domain's oldest vines this Chablis is deep lemon yellow with a wonderfully developed nose of stewed apples and cream. The wine also has a creamy texture on the palate which is underscored by a typical minerally acidity, and a long clean finish.

  5. 2010 Puligny Montrachet 1er Cru Les Folatières, Domaine Alain Chavy

Fresh, floral, lemony white burgundy with lots of new oak on the finish.

  6. 2012 Chassagne Mont Blanc 1er Cru Clos de Monopole, Ch. de la Maltroye

Representative of the 1er Crus of Chassagne, showing aromas of white flowers and fruit and powerful concentration of citrus and exotic fruit and a mineral finish.

  7. 2013 Rully Blanc Cuvée St Jacques, Albert Sounit

Has an upfront nose reminiscent of grapefruits with some hints of floral and mineral elements. The palate is medium bodied and dry, expressing its terroir well as it offers sub tropical and citrus fruits bound up with a green appley, mineral acidity. The finish is clean, lively and stylish.

  8. 2013 Mâcon-Villages, Cave de l'Aurore

Pale gold in colour with a subtle nose of tropical fruit and refined oak. The palate is well balanced with ripe fruit and fresh well balanced acidity. The finish is long and concentrated with hints of apples and a touch of creaminess.
