  1. 2009 Chardonnay Formigar Cornell DOC, Colterenzio

Pale yellow with greenish reflexes; nutty on the nose with a hint of exotic fruits such as mango and honeydew melon overlaying a discreet aroma of oak; full and broad on the palate, the richness cut by firm acidity.

  2. 2010 Chablis Grand Cru Les Grenouilles, Domaine Louis Michel

Wonderfully intense, classicaly austere character and packed with intensly detailed fruit right through to the long, steely finish. Offers razor sharp detail, good power and pronounced yet balancing acidity. This Classic, old style Chablis at its best.

  3. 2011 Pinot Grigio, MandraRossa

    2011 Pinot Grigio, MandraRossa

    (6x75cl)

Bursting with tropical fruit flavours, this wine is fresh and lively with a long, dry finish. It has more body than most Pinot Grigio's from the North of Italy, making it ideal with food

  4. 2012 Hawkes Bay Sauvignon Blanc, Trinity Hill

Flavours and aromas of passionfruit and nectarine gently compliment the delicate aroma of gooseberries. A mineral character lends a distinctly Graves-like character to the wine. The addition of Semillon has added to the texture. The fresh acid is balanced by a tiny amount of retained sweetness.

  5. NV Trebbiano Poggio della Quercia IGT Rubicone, Contri

Dry, white wine with fruity and upfront bouquet, with a nice citrus fresh finish.

  6. 2012 Reserve Chardonnay, Tooma River, Warburn Estate

Chardonnay thrives in the warm and sun kissed Australian vineyard – delivering an unmistakeably vibrant and fruit driven style. This wine is no exception and is packed with grapefruit, lime and melon flavours, all bound up with a zesty, crisp citrus balance which cuts through to the finish. A deliciously refreshing glass by itself, this is also a great partner for full flavoured fish, crustaceans or spicy Asian influenced dishes.

  7. 2010 Biferno Bianco, Camillo de Lellis

Straw yellow with a nose showing ripe stone fruits. This dry white is textured and long on the palate with rounded acidity.

  8. 2009 Pinot Gris Réserve, Trimbach

One of the noblest of the Alsace grapes, Pinot Gris produces a full, heady, rich and lush wine in Trimbach’s hands. It is technically dry, but the style is so fruity and full, with such a long palate that the illusion of sweetness is maintained. Watch out too for a smokiness on the finish. Its great depth is balanced by a crisp acidity that gives structure and longevity.

  9. 2011 Treixadura, Ailala Ribeiros Do Avia

Pale gold in colour with lively reflections. There are clean, powerful aromatics on the nose with apricot, white flowers and a sort of saline, sea-shell undertone. Spices such as clove, mint and fennel are also present. The palate displays sweet lemon and ripe melon with plenty of zing and grapefruit peel. A wine of great complexity and style and with bags of character. Treixadura is truly a noble grape!

  10. 2012 Château Laulerie Sauvignon, Bergerac, Vignoble Dubard

On the nose, this white wine combines gooseberry, exotic fruit and peach. The palate is rich and generous, with a fresh, tasty finish and a fruity after-taste.
