  1. 2012 Chablis, Domaine de Vauroux

Aromatic with clean mineral notes and hints of citrus. The palate is medium bodied with crisp, appley acidity, tight, pure fruit flavours of white peach and pears finished with a classic, steely, dry finish.

  2. 2013 Frascati Premium Crio 10, San Marco

Bright golden yellow in the glass with grapey fruity notes on the nose and a smooth, medium-bodied palate with a slight almond twist on the finish.

  3. 2013 Viognier, Bogle Vineyards

    2013 Viognier, Bogle Vineyards

    (12x75cl)

Appetizing display of luscious aromas with fresh apricot and pear fruit tang on the palate. A third of this wine spent 10 months in brand new American oak, barrel fermented and left on its lees. The rest of the blend was fermented in stainless steel tanks

  4. 2011 Koshu, 'Sol Lucet', Kurambon Wine

This is a refreshing, delicate and dry wine using Japan’s distinctive Koshu grapes. Very pale in colour, it has lively acidity that is well balanced with the fruit characters of green apple, which comes through towards the finish. The main characteristics of this wine, the Japanese citrus notes of “Kabosu” and “Yasu”, fully express the distinctive character of the Koshu grape.

  5. 2014 Chardonnay Chenin, Château Rives-Blanques

This Chardonnay with a splash of Chenin Blanc has a full nose of white fruit ( peach, pineapple). Clean and fresh.

  6. 2013 Mauzac Sauvignon, Domaine Vigné-Lourac

Citrus aromas from a fresh young wine with light green fruits and a clean, zesty crispness.

  7. 2012 Faultline Chardonnay, Kooyong

Bright lemon colour. Aromas of white peach and crunchy nectarine, potter’s clay and a hint of leesy funk. The palate is strident and powerful with some apricot fleshiness, the anchoring Faultline clay minerality and the textbook peach skin phenolic drive. Long and impressive.

  8. 2014 Chardonnay, Welmoed
    whitewine

    2014 Chardonnay, Welmoed

    (6x75cl)

Green limes and juicy lemons are complemented with subtle vanilla notes from its partial fermentation in oak. Full bodied and with plenty of flavour.

  9. 2013 Roero Arneis Serra Lupini, Azienda Agricola Negro

Intense yellow strew. Fragrance of yellow pulp fruits with predominate peach and pear flavours. Hints of Acacia flower and tropical fruits. Taste, soft but persistent with fruity and mineral aroma, typical from chalky- sandy soil in the Roero region. Suggested temperature of service; 12 C.

  10. 2007 Gewurztraminer Cuvée des Seigneurs de Ribeaupierre, Trimbach

Redolent of roses, lychees and spices, this immensely rich Gewurztraminer is so unctuous and viscous when young that it can seem slightly sweet even though it is fermented almost dry. This massive body is balanced by an almost chalky fresh minerality and extract with a result that the wine boasts the elegance and finesse which are the Trimbach trademark.
