  1. 2013 Croix des Champs, Sauvignon de Touraine

A subtle, delicate expression of Sauvignon, underlined on the palate with a silky mouthfeel. Lemon, gooseberry and blackcurrant bud are detected in this fruity, elegant and racy wine. A classic expression of Sauvignon de Touraine.

  2. Organic Sauvignon Blanc 13 Urlar 6/75

This delivers zesty gooseberry, capsicum and lime flavours with a hint of passionfruit. While it remains a distinctively New Zealand sauvignon blanc the palate is full with great weight and length.

  3. 2013 Fontegaia Castelli Roamani Bianco, San Marco

A light yellow, bright white wine, fruity with an aromatic note, fragrant on the nose;light, fresh, pleasantly aromatic, harmonic on the palate.

  4. 2013 Sutherland Sauvignon Blanc, Thelema

Pale gold in colour with youthful flashes of lime green, the nose is aromatic with pungent 'green' aromas of bell pepper and fresh crushed herbs. On the palate the wine is medium bodied and dry with a mouthwatering streak of minerals, hints of sub-tropical fruit and a layer of grassy gooseberry flavours that merge sublimely with the limey, crisp finish. Elegant and lengthy.

  5. 2012 Pinot Blanc, Trimbach

    2012 Pinot Blanc, Trimbach

    (12x37.5cl)

This classic Pinot Blanc really encapsulates the Trimbach style: fermented completely dry, with a firm structure, lovely lemony fruit with lots of breadth, a minerally backbone and a truly elegant poise and balance.

  6. 2012 Are You Game? Chardonnay, Fowles Wine

A youthful straw colour. Aromas of peach and papaya play with subtle oak and yeasty notes. Full bodied and fruity, the palate has a delightful creaminess as a result of ten months on its lees.

  7. 2012 The Olive Grove Chardonnay, Originals, d'Arenberg

The wine displays lovely peach and creamy notes, with an oyster shell minerality that runs through the palate.
Full flavoured and textured but with a vibrant acidity and a long lingering finish, this wine delivers a plethora of stone fruit, blossoms and savoury notes.
The oak influence is minimal allowing the true flavours of the fruit to shine.

  8. 2013 Pinot Grigio Classici DOC, Colterenzio

A lightly floral bouquet. Lime and herb notes underlay the melon and pineapple fruit, and the mouthfeel is supple, almost rich-unusual for this varietal. Balanced acidity on the palate leading to a concentrated finish.

  9. 2011 Brauneberger Juffer Riesling Spätlese, Paulinshof

Pale lemon yellow. Minerals, lemons and a hint of classic Riesling hydrocarbon aromas on the nose. Beautiful balance of medium sweetness, playful but structured acidity and low alcohol. Very long finish. Very fine.

  10. 2012 Chablis Grand Cru Les Grenouilles, Domaine Louis Michel

Wonderfully intense, classicaly austere character and packed with intensly detailed fruit right through to the long, steely finish. Offers razor sharp detail, good power and pronounced yet balancing acidity. This Classic, old style Chablis at its best.
