Light straw yellow, with a delicate lemony nose. In the mouth it is clean and well-balanced with hints of lemons, peaches and honey.

Straw colour, with medium-strong nose of butter, minerals and toasty vanilla-wood aromas.Mouthfilling and complex, refreshing acidity. Full bodied, lovely use of oak and crisp acidity, this is a particularly well balanced wine. Good length, pleasant finish.

The characters typical of our Gimblett Road vineyards such as pineapple, grapefruit, fig and pear are evident. Mealy, biscuity barrel ferment and integrated oak characters add complexity. The wine displays the desirable character of elegance with power. This is a powerful wine, but it also shows softness and great balance.

An equal blend of Chenin Blanc and Semillon with pale colour and green tints. Grassy overtones with tropical fruit and a touch of heather. Voluptuous palate of peach, apricot and juicy citrus fruit. Medium weight with clean, crisp persistent finish.

With its years of bottle age, this wine has taken on a medium gold colour in the glass and the nose shows complex development as the primary lychee fruit segues into beeswax and camomile. In the palate there are lush lemons and mouthfilling grapiness, tropical fruit and a hint of smoke.
