  1. 2006 Chablis, Vieilles Vignes Domaine de Vauroux

Selected from the domain's oldest vines this Chablis is deep lemon yellow with a wonderfully developed nose of stewed apples and cream. The wine also has a creamy texture on the palate which is underscored by a typical minerally acidity, and a long clean finish.

  2. 2011 Limousin Reserva, Marqués de Riscal

Light gold colour. Complex and elegant nose with hints of vanilla, honeysuckle and wild fennel. Dense, mouth filling palate, with hints of nuts as well as of toasted wood and an underlying reminiscence
    of fine lees.

  3. 2011 Eco Organic Torrontes, Bodegas Santa Ana

Very typical and elegant aromas of white flowers and roses on the nose layered with citrus notes, and crispy and smooth on the palate.

  4. 2011 Koshu, 'Sol Lucet', Yamanshi Wine Co.

This is a refreshing, delicate and dry wine using Japan’s distinctive Koshu grapes. Very pale in colour, it has lively acidity that is well balanced with the fruit characters of green apple, which comes through towards the finish. The main characteristics of this wine, the Japanese citrus notes of “Kabosu” and “Yasu”, fully express the distinctive character of the Koshu grape.

  5. 2011 Torrontes, Sol, Bodegas Santa Ana

Bright, pale gold in colour with flashes of green at the rim. The nose is powerfully aromatic with an array of wildflower and tropical fruits. Medium bodied, fruity and crisp, well balanced with a clean finish this wine drinks great as a glass by itself but will also pair well with shellfish, pasta with a white wine based sauce or spicy Eastern influenced dishes.

  6. 2012 Semillon Chardonnay, Mullygrubber, Warburn Estate

The Semillon Chardonnay blend is an Australian classic, delivering an approachable and easily enjoyable style. Ripe, fresh fruit aromas of peach and melon precede a round, juicy palate packed with tropical and citrus fruit flavours. Finishing with a crisp, refreshing lift, this is ideal as a versatile partner to fish, salads and white meat or great as a refreshing glass by itself.

  7. 2009 Chablis Grand Cru Les Clos, Domaine Louis Michel

Serve between 12 and 14°c and preferably aerate the wine in a decanter before drinking. White pepper and nutmeg complete the predominantly mineral character. This wine may appear austere and virile but is expressive in the mouth and designed to age for many years.

  8. 2011 Finca Montico Rueda, Riscal

A bright straw colour with hints of green. The typical aromas of verdejo can be detected on the nose with medium intensity. Fennel, fine herbs, white flowers, pear and nectarine are all evident. The palate is fat and fresh with a round, unctuous character and long finish. Lees ageing and good acidity allow the wine to conserve the varietal aromas leaving a fresh, aromatic and complex wine.

  9. 2010 Chassagne Montrachet Blanc, Domaine Jean Pillot

The nose is dominated with white fruits like pears and apples and has a floral overtone. The palate is intense with its apple and mineral acidity, peaches and toasty layers that last into the finish and lend a creamy softness at the end.

  10. 2009 Vernaccia di San Gimignano Riserva, Panizzi

It shows a deep straw yellow hue, with a hint of light green. Elegant bouquet with a scent of vanilla. Good balance and long finish.
