Very pale lemon yellow colour. Hints of honey and fresh hay typical of Chenin. Chalky minerality. Backbone of high acidity keeping the wine taut, energetic and fresh.

Aromas of honey and honeysuckle can be found on the nose, on the palate it is light, dry and crisp, with well balanced acidity and a long lingering finish of quince, melon and honeydew. Best drunk young.

Subtle nose of pear purée, delicate vanilla, - like some fine patisserie. Delicately-flavoured and
medium-weight in the mouth with discrete acidity. Rounded, harmonious texture with a soft, gentle
finish. Will gain more weight of texture over the next 1-2 years. -
