  1. 2012 Vermentino di Sardegna, Villa Solais, Santadi

Sardinia's best known white, this golden coloured, dry wine is herbal and aromatic, displaying light almond flavours and a fresh well balanced finish.

  2. 2010 Condrieu Vertige, Domaine Cuilleron

The Vertige is sourced from Yves' oldest and highest vines. Tropical and citric fruits flavour persist, balanced by 18 months in oak.

  3. 2012 Malvasia delle Venezie Villa Mura , Sartori

Elegant, beguiling white with gentle, aromatic character with scents of candied fruits.

  4. 2011 Orvieto Classico Amabile, San Marco

Fills the glass with glints of golden straw colour, with aromatic notes of roses on the nose. On the palate it has hints of ripe apricots, ripe grapes and a long off-dry finish.

  5. 2004 Meursault 1er Cru Les Perrières, Domaine Jean-Michel Gaunoux

Generous toasted almond nose with overtones of honey. Full bodied and very complex in the mid palate with a silky, glycerol texture intertwined with ripe fruit and buttery oak and a clean, mineral finish.

  6. 2010 Puligny Montrachet, Domaine Jean Louis Chavy

An elegant yet full bodied style with citrus and honey aromas, which are echoed on the palate and complemented by a touch of toasty oak, underpinned by fresh acidity.

  7. 2011 Sauvignon Bianco, Ruttars, Collio DOC, Giovanni Puiatti

The single vineyard Ruttars Sauvignon is pale in colour with green hints and is intensely aromatic with the classic aromas of Sauvignon Blanc. On the palate it is wonderfully well balanced with great concentration and a refreshing acidity.

  8. 2007 Tilly's Vineyard Dry White, Henschke

Grapefruit, nectarine and peach flavours on the nose together with a tantalising grassy note from the Sauvignon Blanc. The ensemble is a really refreshing wine with plenty of zippy freshness on the finish.

  9. 2010 Chablis 1er Cru, Montée de Tonnerre, Domaine Louis Michel

Classicaly austere nose of white stone fruit, chalk and minerals. The palate is crisp, dry and medium bodied, with steely acidity and a well defined, elegant palate. The citrus, green apple and pear fruit flavours last well into the deliciously refreshing, lengthy finish.

  10. 2009 Meursault Poruzot 1er Cru, Domaine Jobard-Morey

Very fine, subtle oak and vanilla cream with underlying flintiness and fresh ripe-pear fruit. Plenty of richness and body, but this is held in check by a constant thread of minerality running through the middle. Just when you expect the flavours to fade on the finish, they do the opposite and reach a glorious, complex crescendo. Magnificent.
