Individual, aromatic, the bouquet captures the scent of blueberries and forest fruits.
-
Mahogany in colour this cognac hits first with a heady aromatic tang which gives way to more subtle hints of wood, dried fruits and tobacco. On the palate pepper and spices are in the fore front before revealing dark chocolate and fresh herbs. This cognac is opulent, rounded and complex with very good length.
-
After thirty years, the Armagnac undergoes a conversion and becomes extremely complex and aromatic. The nose of the 1967 is powerful, with notes of wood. On the palate the spirit is harmonious and smooth.
-
Extraordinary fragrance of mountain herbs and spices on the nose. Very rich and refreshingly bitter in the mouth.
-
Considered “the Queen of Grappa” all over the world, for the temper, the harmony and the emotion it gives at every sip. Limpid and crystalline, it recalls to the nose the smell of
fresh honeycomb, it displays the scent of acacia flowers, ripe quince, fresh muscatel and newly picked figs. In one’s mouth it clearly confirms the nose with the addition of a taste of bread crust. -
Pure intense aromas of sweet pear pulp. Powerful fruity flavours with warming alcohol and a smooth mouthfeel. Clean finish.
-
Coppery topaz in the glass with a characterful, intense, vibrant nose showing candied chestnut and dried currants mingled with luscious oaky notes of cigar box and sandalwood. Very mellow, complex palate.
-
Intense scent of Williams pears. Piercing fruit purity.
-
A unique liquor with very distinguishable, mildly sweet lemon flavour. Although pungent it has a great structure and a certain elegant, delicate approach to the palate.

Described by F Paul Pacult as: "Bronze/copper/topaz color; ideal purity... nut paste/oak scent..; with further air exposure, the bouquet takes on an orangy/citrusy leaning as the smell turns fruitier the more it aerates; lovely and compelling. The palate entry is supple, fruity sweet, and ripe; the midpalate stage highlights melded flavors of light caramel, marzipan, and nougat. Ends up oaky sweet, lightly spiced, and satiny. Like this cognac very much." Or Malcolm Gluck "This liquid can represent the planet in the cognac, armagnac and malt whisky class. It has the qualities of an elixir."
