  1. NV Grappa Monovitigno Fragolino Cru 45%, Nonino

Individual, aromatic, the bouquet captures the scent of blueberries and forest fruits.

  2. 1984 Vintage Bas Armagnac, Castarede

The 1979 has a delicate nose with hints of perfume. It has aromas of fruits like peach and prune. It is extremely long in the mouth with lots of fruit character and a hint of spice.

  3. NV Grappa Monovitigno Il Prosecco 41%, in barriques, Nonino

Soft and floral with notes of almond and green apple which soften to a light aroma of vanilla and chocolate.

  4. NV Grappa Tradizione 41%, Nonino

Typical and elegant. Before tasting, Grappa should be allowed to rest in the glass for some minutes: on exposure to oxygen the perfumes are enhanced and the nose/palate harmony is perfected.

  5. NV Pirus Williams 43%, Nonino

Intense scent of Williams pears. Piercing fruit purity.

  6. 1979 Vintage Bas Armagnac, Castarede

The 1979 has a delicate nose with hints of perfume. It has aromas of fruits like peach and prune. It is extremely long in the mouth with lots of fruit character and a hint of spice.

  7. NV Grappa Monovitigno Il Moscato 41%, Nonino

Elegant, aromatic, soft and sensual with the perfume of roses, thyme and vanilla.

  8. NV Bas Armagnac X.O. (min 20 years old), Castarede

Coppery topaz in the glass with a characterful, intense, vibrant nose showing candied chestnut and dried currants mingled with luscious oaky notes of cigar box and sandalwood. Very mellow, complex palate.

  9. NV Lot 29 XO, Cognac Tesseron

Described by F Paul Pacult as: "Bronze/copper/topaz color; ideal purity... nut paste/oak scent..; with further air exposure, the bouquet takes on an orangy/citrusy leaning as the smell turns fruitier the more it aerates; lovely and compelling. The palate entry is supple, fruity sweet, and ripe; the midpalate stage highlights melded flavors of light caramel, marzipan, and nougat. Ends up oaky sweet, lightly spiced, and satiny. Like this cognac very much." Or Malcolm Gluck "This liquid can represent the planet in the cognac, armagnac and malt whisky class. It has the qualities of an elixir."

  10. NV Grappa Fragolino Cru 45%, Nonino

Very clear with an intense blueberry and wood-fruit nose, later confirmed on the palate. Deliciously smooth and elegant.
