  1. 2013 La Garenne Syrah, IGP Pays d'Oc

This deeply coloured Syrah has attractive cherry and pepper flavours which are offset by the wine's meaty and bitter chocolate aromas. Fullish palate with a great length, well-balanced and keen structure throughout.

  2. 2001 Gewurztraminer Selection Grains Nobles, Trimbach

Peaches and nectarines abound on the nose, along with scents of lemon, rose and beeswax. The wine manages to be both extremely concentrated and yet very easy to taste, with brilliantly balanced acidity. One of the great Trimbach wines.

  3. 2011 Nuits-Saint-Georges 1er Cru Aux Champs-Perdrix, Alain Michelot

Beautiful dark red colour; rich concentration of fresh raspberries and black cherries, coupled with violet and earthy mineral notes.

  4. 2013 Les Granges de Félines (Verm/SB/Piquepoul), Domaine de Belle Mare

A Brilliant colour with a pale yellow tint and green hues; fresh nose of white flowers and fruits; freshness in the mouth.

  5. NV Extra Brut, Champagne Jacquart

Very fine bubbles. Brilliant golden yellow colour. Complex and fresh with notes of white blossom, chalk and quince jam that gives way to notes of brioche and toast. Fresh and round, with a crisp mineral finish.

  6. 2011 Moelleux Château Laulerie, Côtes de Montravel, Vignoble Dubard

Pale gold with barley sugar and orange blossom and a sweet, creamy palate.

  7. 2011 Les Amandiers, Chateau du Vieux Parc

Bright ruby body with a garnet rim and a spicy nose with wild cherries, cassis and ripe grapes. Juicy body with soft mooth and fruity palate with a slightly peppery finish.

  8. 2011 Corton-Bressandes Grand Cru, Domaine Jacques Prieur

Well-focused, with toasty, smoky blackberry and blueberry aromas. Concentrated, fresh, fruity, succulent and spicy palate. Delicious, mouth-watering middle palate. Aftertaste showing fresh, beautifully rich, ripe, fine and digestible tannin. Incredible ageing potential but also unbelievably delicious when young.

  9. 2010 St Aubin 1er Cru En Créot, Domaine Gilles Bouton

Rather like a summer fruit pudding (+cream!) with its red berry fruit characteristics, supple, creamy texture and fresh acidity.

  10. NV Crémant de Bourgogne Grande Cuvée, Veuve Ambal

A blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, this Burgundy Crémant offers remarkable complexity. It is full, well-structured and balanced on the palate. Aromas of red and citrus fruits dominate, but the nose has hints of flowers and butter too.
