  1. Mas de Lunes Rouge 11 Languedoc 6/75

Bright ruby with complex hints of red berries, spice, coconut and vanilla. Well-integrated tannins with sun-drenched fruit and echoes of the "garrigue".

  2. 2010 Châteauneuf du Pape Rouge, Domaine La Roquète, Brunier

Deep ruby/purple color and a sweet nose of ripe Grenache along with raspberries, cherries, licquorice, and pepper. On the palate it is both powerful and elegant, with zesty acidity and morderately high tannin. An attractive wine that can be drunk early on or cellared for 12-15 years.

  3. Efeso Bianco 14 Librandi 6/75

A structured wine with a smokey, woody finish.

  4. Malbec 14 Leduc 6/75
    still

    Malbec 14 Leduc 6/75

    (6x75cl)

A rich, fruit forward style with bags of blackcurrant and plummy fruit and a hint of spice. Lovely balance and a persistent finish.

  5. H3 Cabernet Sauv 12 Columbia Crest 12/75

The vineyards in Horse Heaven Hills are the source and inspiration behind the H3 wines. The hills have been home to the Columbia Crest winery for three decades, and it is this heritage that has helped them to create wines that capture the unique terroir of the region. This bold Cabernet Sauvignon opens with flavours of black cherries and blackberries, and a touch of currant and vanilla is further complemented by subtle earthy, mineral notes. On the palate the deep, rich berry flavours lead to a soft tannin cocoa finish.

  6. 2012 Pouilly Fuissé Ampélopsis, Domaine Saumaize Michelin

Big, perfumed, spicey nose with plenty of pineapples and grapefruits. Just as generous on the palate with a multi layered complexity of tropical, white and stoned fruit, toasty vanilla and palate cleansing citrus rind acidity. Delicious.

  7. 2013 The Witches Berry Chardonnay, d'Arenberg

This is a lively, balanced wine that will drink well in its youth. Peaches and cream, lemon zest and green apple are apparent on the nose with a freshness that is expected of young Chardonnay.
The restrained use of oak allows stone fruit and nutty characters to shine through on the palate, which is aided by the small portions of Viognier and Marsanne that have been blended into this wine.

  8. Taurasi DOCG Vigna Andrea 08 12/75

This single vineyard Taurasi shows intense aromas of ripe dark black fruit.
Dry and supple, the flavours of super-ripe dark cherries and plums are matched on the palate by smoke, bacon fat, tobacco, cedar, leather from the oak ageing and ripe, velvety tannins.

  9. P.Gris Vendange Tardive 90 Trimbach 6/75

The botrytized, apricot and mango-scented wine has bags of elegance. It is medium bodied, beautifully structured and very well-balanced. White peaches are explicitly evident adding complexity to this powerful, delicate and silky smooth wine.

  10. Vintage 04 Laurent Perrier 6/75
    sparkling

    Vintage 04 Laurent Perrier 6/75

    (6x75cl)

Straw yellow in colour with an open, developed nose showing floral, yeasty and citrus aromas. On the palate it is rich, well sustained, with a slight biscuity character from the prolonged lees ageing and a long finish of honeyed ripe fruit.

Laurent-Perrier is highly selective and only produces a vintage in the very best years. Whilst staying true to the House style of purity and elegance, the Vintage Brut also aims to show the quintessential character of the individual year.
