    Deep garnet in colour with a subtle nose of red berry fruit. Soft and elegant on the palate with fine ripe tannin and a complex finish.

    Nebbiolo Marne Brune stands out for its fragrance, which is already evident in its ruby-red colour of varying intensity depending on the vintage, and is confirmed on the nose by bouquets of flowers and wild fruit, and on the palate by its strong personality and dry, nicely almond-like taste.

  6. 2012 Briccotondo Barbera Piemonte DOC Fontanafredda

    Deep rustic red in colour with an aromatic, spicy nose of red fruits and damsons. Medium bodied and soft, with balancing structure to the blackberry and morello cherry flavours, finishing rounded and supple with a hint of liquorice.

    Attractive bright golden yellow in the glass, with an intensely aromatic nose of white petals, ripe peaches and lightly spiced pears.     A clear, ruby-red wine with violet highlights. Its vinous bouquet is fruity, very intense and rather attractive and persistent. Nicely dry, well-balanced and velvety, it
    has a light almondy aftertaste.
