  1. 2012 Chenin Blanc, Fairvalley
    whitewine

    2012 Chenin Blanc, Fairvalley

    (6x75cl)

Fresh fruity nose (apples and pears) with a lemon lift. The palate is clean and crisp with more flavour than you'd expect at this price point. Good acidity, herby edge, and satisfying weight of fruit on the finish.

  2. 2010 The Gypsy, Shiraz Grenache, Ken Forrester Wines

The character is somewhat wild, a little brambly with hints of nutmeg, cinnamon, dark spices, with vanilla scents and a distinct, concentrated red-fruit focus. Great for laying down and keeping for at least ten years but already rewarding if allowed to breathe in a decanter.

  3. 2013 Petit Pinotage, Ken Forrester Wines

Classic Pinotage aromas of spicy mulberries, plum pudding and cherries, with more subtle hints of smoky bacon. Juicy and accessible with a soft palate and delicious fruit concentration.

  4. 2011 Shiraz, Thelema
    redwine

    2011 Shiraz, Thelema

    (6x75cl)

Opaque, almost black in colour with an aromatic and complex nose of blackberries, currants, liquorice and spices. Full bodied and structured, well balanced with ripe fruit and a lash of vanilla on the firm finish.

  5. NV Heritage Sparkling Brut, Welmoed

Brilliant delivery combining early picked Chenin and Sauvignon to give an uplifting palate and a balanced aftertaste. The perfect party bubbles.

  6. 2010 Cabernet Sauvignon, Meinert

Dense deep fresh red colour. The nose shows red berries, typical Cabernet herbs, spicy toasty oak and tobacco. Mouth filling and weighty but not clumsy on the palate, finishes crisp and lingering.

  7. 2010 Merlot Stellenbosch, Thelema

Deep, brooding purple in colour with some brick red highlights. The nose has pretty red-fruit characters with some hints of spices such as cinnamon and liquorice. The palate is juicy, broad and ripe, packed with red and black berry fruits, a firm, well integrated oaky structure and a bold, well defined finish which makes it a great food wine.

  8. 2011 Cabernet Sauvignon, Meinert

Dense deep fresh red colour. The nose shows red berries, typical Cabernet herbs, spicy toasty oak and tobacco. Mouth filling and weighty but not clumsy on the palate, finishes crisp and lingering.

  9. 2008 Morgenster Estate Red, Morgenster

Dark plum, concentrated centre and opaque to the edges. Enticing with almonds, coffee and sweet caramel, and alluring sniffs of cassis and vanilla pods. Great freshness with hits of blackberry sweetness. Elegant entry, very plush and immediately filling. Sweeter dark berry fruit very evident, which contributes well to balancing the minerality which adds a lot of weight.

  10. 2013 Chenin Blanc, Stormy Cape
    whitewine

    2013 Chenin Blanc, Stormy Cape

    (6x75cl)

Pale in colour with an enticingly citrus nose, this is a typically racy South African Chenin with a good concentration of sub tropical fruit well balanced with fresh citrus acidity and a dry finish.
