  1. 2008 Chorey-les-Beaune Blanc, Domaine Maillard Père et Fils

This wine displays classic aromas of toast and grilled nuts on the nose. On the palate the wine is minerally, with lovely buttery overtones. Classic white Burgundy.

  2. 2010 Rully 1er Cru Rabourcé, Domaine Jaeger-Defaix

A real success for this fine wine, with some pine, lemon and soft aromas showing through. The palate keeps on and on and evolves with a great depth.

  3. 2011 Chassagne Montrachet 1er Cru Les Macherelles, Domaine Jean Pillot

The intricate nose offers lime, pineapple, creamy vanilla and touches of hazelnut. There is a stylish balance between power and elegance on the palate with steely acidity pinioning the ripe pineapple and juicey peach flavours. There are gracefull touches of oak to be found here too, with dried nuts and honey adding complexity and lending their weight through the dry, crisp, flinty finish.

  4. 2011 Bourgogne Pinot Noir, Domaine Fernand Lecheneaut

Attractive ruby colour with plenty of summer fruit flavours such as cherries, and strawberries. Elegant with very good structure.

  5. 2011 Pommard 1er Cru Les Fremiers, Domaine Lucien Boillot

Succulent berry fruit and slight vegetal flavours gives way to silky soft tannins and excellent depth and concentration.

  6. 2011 Volnay 1er Cru le Clos de Chênes, Domaine Henri Delagrange

Ruby coloured with a incredible depth of aroma and flavour. Violets and red fruits are extremely expressive, but also powerful, long-lived and elegant.

  7. 2011 Mercurey 1er Cru Les Champs Martins, Domaine Michel Juillot

Spicy, lemony and refreshing with saline minerality. Dry, medium-bodied and very long.

    2013 Chablis, Olivier Tricon

    (6x75cl)

This is benchmark Chablis, with crisp, citrus overtones and a mineral finish. Bottled with screwcap to retain maximum freshness.

  9. 2010 Clos Vougeot Grand Cru, Domaine Laurent Roumier

Big, roasted nose combines ripe cherry, chocolate, liquorice, mint and spicy oak. Large-scaled, fat, rich and sweet, with a mouth filling texture. Low in acidity but seemed to grow fresher with air. Finishes rather suave, with considerable chocolaty oak and very good aromatic persistence.

  10. 2011 Puligny Montrachet 1er Cru Les Perrières, Jean Louis Chavy

Straw colour, with medium-strong nose of butter, minerals and toasty vanilla-wood aromas.Mouthfilling and complex, refreshing acidity. Full bodied, lovely use of oak and crisp acidity, this is a particularly well balanced wine. Good length, pleasant finish.
