  1. 2010 Vouvray Sec, Didier Champalou

Made from Chenin Blanc in a typically dry style with hints of pear and quince on the nose. Ripe and juicy on the palate with a strong chalky minerality, lots of fruits layers and balanced by a benchmark freshness.

  2. NV Cava Reserva Castillo de Montblanc, Bodegas Concavins

Lively and balanced in the mouth. Full pleasant, crisp, with a well-balanced finish. Delicious!

  3. 2010 Black Label Viognier, Yealands

Bright lemon in colour showing notes of fleshy white peach, cashew and honeysuckle. The palate is full and textured with complementary notes of spice from the puncheons, with a fine mineral acidity that provides length to the wine.

  4. Intense, brilliant golden-yellow/green in colour with aromas of orange blossom, cumquat peel and jasmine. Full, rich and soft on the palate; the exotic and sensual nature of this wine makes it a great substitute for Chardonnay or Pinot Gris. Hard not to drink!

  5. 2010 Chardonnay Formigar Cornell DOC, Alto Adige, Colterenzio

Pale yellow with greenish reflexes; nutty on the nose with a hint of exotic fruits such as mango and honeydew melon overlaying a discreet aroma of oak; full and broad on the palate, the richness cut by firm acidity.

  6. 2011 Pandora Medium Dry, Shawsgate

This light spritzy wine is full of ripe fruit whose complexities are subtly disguised by an elegant palate of light melon, orange, pineapple and grapefruit. The palate has a good strength of tropical fruit flavours beneath a soft rounded acidity, with lingering grapefruit to give length.

  7. 2009 Black Label Chardonnay, Trinity Hill

The characters typical of our Gimblett Road vineyards such as pineapple, grapefruit, fig and pear are evident. Mealy, biscuity barrel ferment and integrated oak characters add complexity. The wine displays the desirable character of elegance with power. This is a powerful wine, but it also shows softness and great balance.

  8. 2009 Shawsgate Rose

    2009 Shawsgate Rose

    (6x75cl)

A young vibrant rose wine with an attractive rich strawberry hue, bags of berry fruit aromas and a delicious palate. A crisp acidity is well matched by the natural sweetness, with redcurrant and raspberry flavours to finish.

  9. 2010 Village Chardonnay, Yering Station

Pale straw in colour with green hues. Lovely white peach & pear fruit aromas, creamy 'barrel ferment' & cashew nut supported by a citrus/mineral freshness. The palate is an intoxicating mix of stone fruit purity with an edgy flintiness. Vanillin oak spice richness finishing with a crisp, clean acid tail.

  10. 2012 Tormentoso Chenin Blanc Reserve, Man Vintners

Intense aromas of apricots and canned white peaches with touches of coconut cream. The palate is packed with ripe yellow fruit and other tropical flavours, with balanced, refreshing acidity and a long mineral finish.
