  1. 2010 St Aubin 1er Cru En Créot, Domaine Gilles Bouton

Rather like a summer fruit pudding (+cream!) with its red berry fruit characteristics, supple, creamy texture and fresh acidity.

  2. 2004 Cristal Champagne, Louis Roederer

Cristal bursts from the glass with fresh hazelnut and apple scents. Elegant, deep, and silky-textured, this medium to full-bodied beauty is immensely concentrated, pure, packed with apple flavours, and astoundingly long in the finish.

  3. 2012 Chassagne Mont Blanc 1er Cru Clos de Monopole, Ch. de la Maltroye

Representative of the 1er Crus of Chassagne, showing aromas of white flowers and fruit and powerful concentration of citrus and exotic fruit and a mineral finish.

  4. 2011 Vino Nobile di Montepulciano, Cecchi

The Cecchi Vino Nobile has a very intense ruby red colour tending towards garnet with age and the aroma has a distinct perfume of violets and sweet violets. The alcohol content makes the aromatic sensation ethereal and prolonged. In the mouth, the Vino Nobile is dry, lightly tannic which hints of vanilla and is beautifully balanced with a deep structure.

  5. 2011 Chardonnay, Howard Park

    2011 Chardonnay, Howard Park

    (6x75cl)

Brilliant in appearance and pale straw in colour with lemon/lime hues. The bouquet is an enticing mix of white field flowers, grapefruit, pear essence and brioche. Enriched with layers of nutmeal, the palate’s fine, creamy texture is supported by toasted vanillin oak. The bright lemon acidity adds a degree of restraint and length to finish the wine.

  6. 2010 Abercrombie Cab Sauv, Howard Park

The deep and dark ruby colour implies the intensity and richness that is abundantly delivered on bouquet and palate. Full of dense and very ripe blackberry and blackcurrant fruits with hints of sweet mint, freshly rubbed savoury herbs, earth and truffle. The fruit power and opulence of the palate is deftly cradled by well integrated ripe fruit, firm acidity and fine oak tannins. A wine of great presence that will age with grace.

  7. 2007 Priorat Selección Cop de Ma Fort

The wine is deep cherry red in colour with black fruit, vanilla and toasted almonds on the nose. The palate is round, velvety and concentrated with hints of cocoa and marmalade.

  8. 2012 Arpeggio Nerello Mascalese, Settesoli

The Arpeggio Rosso is a medium bodied red with ripe fruit character, soft, well-rounded tannins and a concentrated finish.

  9. NV Bag in Box, Inycon Bianco, Settesoli

Lightly aromatic and floral in character with delicate flavours of white blossom and peaches, a balanced wine with refreshing acidity.

  10. 2012 Vosne-Romanee, Domaine Gros Frere et Soeur

Ripe fruit over spices is the main ingredient of the bouquet, modified by the presence of strawberry, raspberry, bilberry, or blackcurrant.
These refined and well-blended aromas evolve with age into cherries-in-brandy, preserved fruits, leather and fur, and gamey/woodland scents.
On the palate the wine is velvety and distinguished.
